				High tropical shear = high tornado potential?

				Is that correct as it seems they would push extra shear northward? (Although September is normally not a busy month, that is more prominent in the months ahead)

				No, not really. We need a lifting mechanism and instability, to start. Look at the GFS. 60 dewpoints aren't going to cut it.

Yeah that's true, but I'm not really talking about right now - September is not a very tornado-friendly month. I mean when the cold fronts come down in October and especially November.
