I'm sure people around the Philadelphia area remember this
July 12th 2004, a freak storm system rips through the area with rainfall rates of up to 5 inches an hour recorded in Tabranacle NJ, where over a foot of rain fell. The Medford Lakes dams bursted (that whole thing is STILL in court) many homes were damaged beyond repair and the lakes drained out. still empty.

It seems like that ever since then, we've had a run on flooding rains. I won't ever forget that flood!
