lol. I remember during Hurricane Charley, Frances and Jeanne those things would always blow over first. I lived in an area where there was some construction going on at the time, so I always had the pleasure of watching them flip and roll down the road.

If the cans were dented to the point where they leaked or could not be opened without making a mess I guess that would be damage. I just cant see myself as a spotter reporting something like that
