More severe weather is possible today with tornadoes possible in northern Alabama and northern Mississippi. Also a possible severe thunderstorm watch maybe issued for west central Pennsylvania and parts of Maryland. Hail and damaging winds are the main threat as the remnants of yesterdays storms in Missouri redevelops over DC Baltimore and Harrisburg. Philadelphia may get hit by this later tonight too. Heavy rains and frequent lightning is another threat as well.
More severe weather outbreaks are possible tomorrow and saturday over ground zero in Missouri and eastern Kansas. More on that shortly.

Guess its our turn to experience some severe weather. Severe thunderstorm watch box 286 has been posted for central PA south and eastward to DC. A line of storms, not looking severe atm, is moving towards my location. I think the real problem from these storms is going to be from heavy rain right now and not from hail or high winds. These storms are creeping along to the northeast between 5 and 15 miles per hour. Hopefully, they wont last long and they dont get any stronger.

Thanks Josh!
All's fine here. We're just waiting for some showers to pass through here perhaps containing some thunder. The rain could be heavy at times as well. It is cloudy now and alittle muggy.
I can't believe all of the "tornado emergencies" and warnings that are occurring now in Alabama!
