No April Fool's Joke either (I was going to play one, but decided against it)
Starting Day 6 and into Day 7 last night's ECMWF, shows a 1047mb HIGH builds down from Eastern Canada and sends a backdoor CF down the east side of the Appalachians. Day 7 ECMWF from last Night (3-31-03) showing a VERY STRONG HIGH IN EASTERN CANADA (RANGING FROM 1048MB-1052MB) wedging down the east side of the Appalachians.

Yep that does look intresting. And after this system thier is another one that gives a decent shot of possible snow in the Ohio valley, Inland Ma and the Ne in the 11-13 day time frame. This has a small chance of happening because its too far out but it seems the cold air will be paying us visits in the next couple of weeks.
Either way they both are worth keeping a eye on.
Oh this is total qpf for the system. And i will add that the o line is from Eastern Central Ky and slips down into Ne Tn.
