We had some decaying thunderstorms over central Nebraska last evening just collapse like bombs west of Lincoln. I think it is a phenomena called a heat burst. Anyway, thunderstorm wind gusts to 50 to 60 mph trigger t-storm warnings for counties that had nothing on radar! Lincoln's temperature rose from like the mid 70s to the lower 90s during this time, and then gradualy fell. My city's, Omaha, temp. rose a little too with some gusty winds to 50 mph.

Quite interesting to see nothing (other than ground clutter, weak boundaries) on radar with severe thunderstorm warnings being sent out! The NWS finally issued a High Wind Warning, as the thunderstorms themselves were not severe.

That's a fascinating phenomena. I looked at the radar of the storms decaying last night and noticed the large outflow boundary.
