Duluth area to MSP: 15% Tornado Threat

A 2% chance of tornadoes within 25 miles of point extends to just about the Omaha-Council Bluffs Metro area. Main threat, SHOULD STORMS DEVELOP, in southern areas will be large hail and damaging winds.

Between seeing strong shear and extreme instability, definitely some nasty conditions and potentially dangerous storms, more so than even last night.
