GFS backs off ridiculously high QPF but still quite heavy.

Still 2"-4" rainfalls are nothing to laugh at, but considering the 7" outputs last night on the 18z GFS run, I had my suspicions. However, don't let your guard down, Southeast...a turbulent coming 3 days ....
