When you know there is no weather activity in your region and the National Weather Service issues Warning Statement, they got to be tests.

The National Weather Service in Melbourne, Florida (NOAA Weather Radio) transmits weekly tests every Wednesday between 11:00 AM and Noon Eastern Time, as well as between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
