SPC QUESTION

The SPC Outlooks etc. use UTC time correct? How would I figure that time for here?

Its like GMT....currently its approaching 2pm EST 1pm CST, and GMT is +5 from here and +6 form your locale in the CST. Also they are always military time so the UTC time with this post should be 1900.
