You're welcome, John and Eric.
I believe Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont have "Severe Weather Awareness Week" in the month of March.
I assume Delaware has had their Severe Weather Awareness Week with Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the past. Last year, Pennsylvania and New Jersey held their's Sunday, March 16 to Saturday, March 22, 2003.
Perhaps, Alaska and Hawaii have theirs together.
It would make sense Idaho, Nevada and Utah have something the same week as Colorado, Wyoming and/or Montana.
John, of course it's ground clutter. We would of heard if precipitation was moving in. The next chance of rain is Friday... for west-central Florida, even then; as of now, the chances are 20 percent.
Ruskin, FL has their radar on "Clear Mode," hence the orange and red colors. The "activity" is shrinking.
