Southeast, Texas, winter is over so......

Well us here in Southeast, Texas missed out on the snow. I did take my family up to Fairfield, Texas and we got into some good snow on Saturday. What a change of scenery. I'll post pictures as soon as I get them developed.
Well it looks like winter is done for us. This week we will warm up quite nicely and get above normal readings by mid to late week. With this sudden warmup, look for signs of Spring to appear. Sure we might have a few more cold fronts come down but they will moderate rather quickly so.........what do we have to look forward to? Well, severe weather season is shaping up for us and after that, it's time to look towards them open waters in the Gulf. The fun never stops for us down here in Southeast, Texas. Severe weather season on its way!!

Yes Johnny - I think that was our one and only shot. Was going to take a road trip - but too many other things to do.
Weather warming up and spring will be here soon.
Garden time.

I've cried all day. I feel so lost without snow nazi, my foil for who knows how long. The pain, oh the pain!!!!!
A memorial service for the snow nazi will be held at a later date. As soon as I can dig him out of the snow bank I buried him in.

Now David...you shouldn't be making accusations like that. People can be friends and joke around without something going on.

David:
I doubt HD would have ANY interest in an old hag (as Lindaloo calls me).
Boyfriend? YOU'RE gonna give HD a heart attack or make him violently ill.

Last year, we reached the 80s (perhaps a 90 degree reading in there) in March, then POW, the first week of April, we recieve 5 to 8 inches of snow.
Oh, well, that was history about a week later as we reached 70.
