2115 UNK NOBLETON SUMTER FL 2865 8226 SUMTER COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT HAD REPORTS OF A TORNADO TOUCHING DOWN NEAR NOBLETON. DAMAGE REPORTS WERE UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. (TBW)
0055 UNK SARASOTA NORTH SARASOTA FL 2736 8253 4 TO 5 MOBILE HOMES WITH CARPORT DAMAGE...ONE WITH HALF OF ROOF TORN OFF AT THE TRI PAR MOBILE HOME PARK. ALSO TREES AND POWER LINES DOWNED. REPORTED BY MEDIA AND HAM R (TBW)

We just got heavy rain here, I am south of Hernando and north of Sarasota..guess we were lucky :wink: The radar echo was bright red but no thunder or lightning seen or heard :? :?

Same here Rainband, we had some gusty winds very dark clouds and heavy rain. I did see some lighning in the distance and heard a few rumbles. Nothing exciting though.
