LOL OtherHD - its called the SUN and two people have called me today and told me to go outside during lunch and get some sunshine. I'm headed outside for few minutes at least.

Lets hope it stays shining all weekend long. I need it.

Enjoy it and have a great weekend.

Even though I am still fighting the Flu, the Sun looks wonderful. I am on the downslide from a very rough week of being sick. Its been years since I had the flu......I had forgot whats like.......something I can do without for another several years. Perhaps I will breakdown and get a flu shot next year instead of taking a roll of the dice.

At least now I can actually rest and start to fully recover. Earlier this week it was survival (not really but you know what I mean). In addition timing is everything. Just as I begin to recover, my wife is now getting sick. At least I talked her into going to the Dr. today and not wait until the flu has set in at full force.

I cannot wait until the Sunny days of hurricane season are here!

Katdaddy - glad to hear you are getting better. I too skipped my flu shot this year. Who likes shots anyway - knock on wood I haven't gotten the flu yet - but I have had the stomach virus and trust me thats rough too.

Amen to the sunny days of hurricane season - hope we have lots to watch and discuss.

Best day of the year!

It was so refreshing to have a sunny day! I think everyone was really getting down with all the cloudy weather. Tomorrow should be nice with temps in the upper 70's! It won't be like until we'll be lounging around the pool again and watching tropics!

I almost danced naked in the streets when I saw the new forecast for our area!!! I thought the danged OCM's had left town and put in a tape of always crappy weather!!! :x

Looks like we could actually be into Spring mode here in Houston. That means more Severe Weather!!! Ugh!! One of the firms I interviewed with is on the 18th floor of a tower-what a view that would be for the weather!!!

I saw it too!

People were in the streets shouting and pointing towards the sky...others were blinded by this tremendous light and running back into their homes. Children were scared of this strange-looking ball of fire. Then we realized it was something called the sun.

Can't say the same for my weekend trip, but nevertheless, the trip was awesome!.
