...A WINTER STORM WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT... SNOW DEVELOPING BY LATE TUESDAY MORNING AND BECOMING HEAVY AT TIMES TUESDAY AFTERNOON. A MIXTURE OF FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET MAY INITIALLY DEVELOP ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY 34 CORRIDOR... BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO ALL SNOW IN THE AFTERNOON. SNOW HEAVY AT TIMES WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY EVENING BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO FLURRIES AND ENDING.

SNOW AMOUNTS OF 4 TO 7 INCHES ARE LIKELY. BANDS OF 6 OR MORE INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IF THUNDER SNOW DEVELOPS.

A WINTER STORM WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IS POSSIBLE, BUT NOT IMMINENT. AT THE TIME, THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT SNOW AND/OR ICE ACCUMULATIONS. FUTURE DRIVING AND WALKING CONDITIONS MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS, SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS

LOL, I bet! We already have an inch of new snow on the ground, and it sure is comin' down! I went to the store to grab some more batteries for my camera so I don't have to drive again tonight! It was already slicker than s*it! hehe

Well, it's rather cold and I didn't feel like "suiting up" to go outside right now, but a guestimate from looking out the window, I would say there is at least 3" of snow on the ground, and still going strong! Shoot, I don't even think the best of it is here yet! The wind is blowing, looks like a whiteout! Doozy indeed!

We've officially had more snow in my backyard than the other storm, 5.5"! Yippee! It's a sight out there, that's for sure, but I'm not going back out until tomorrow morn!
