I was watching the news and right when the weather part came on at 1015 its started pouring and thundering. I didn't know it was supposed to do that today. How common is it to start storming at 40smthg degrees?
Quite Common

if you have overrunning-I've seen thunder with temperatures in the 20's in an overrunning situation.
