March typically is a very moody month in terms of weather...definitely the clash of the seasons. While no one can say for sure whether there will or will not be any more ice storms this season, I would probably say you are not out of the woods yet.

Remember March 1993? ... hmmm, I remember before the March 1993 Superstorm - 3 days before this, it was in the low 80's in CHS and then record lows right after the Superstorm. (Upper Teens)
Or March 1994 - Temps in the middle 80's in the first 10 days of the month, and the coldest low occurring (27) after spring officially begun.
Or the late March snowstorm in the Southeast with record snows across Georgia and the Carolinas in 1983.
The next March (1984) - South Carolina's Greatest Tornado Outbreak (1924 was the last significant outbreak in SC)
Some Southeastern March Events
Winter isn't over 'til Mother Nature says it's over.
