What do all of these abbreviations mean? :-? The ones that I know are:

LAX - Los Angeles / Oxnard
SAN - San Diego
DAG - Daggett
SFO - San Francisco
YUM - Yuma
TUS - Tucson
PHX - Phoenix
SBA - Santa Barbara
EDW - Edwards AFB
IPL - Imperial

I am trying to figure out where the winds are offshore at. I know how much because I know that a negative number is offshore. Thanks! :)
