Virginia Beach
On I-64 at Witchduck, a care has gone over the guardrail on eastbound lanes, a woman and her mother, who is in her 80's, were in the vehicle. Another car hydroplaned and struck her car, caused her to go over the wall. The woman driving the car was unhurt, her mother broke several bones in her hand.
There are reports of damage on Shore Drive near 1st Court where there are trees down and homes with minor damage.
