WSPA/Spartanburg, SC names new Chief Meterologist

Christy Henderson has been named Chief Meteorologist for News Channel 7, WSPA-TV. Christy is a veteran forecaster with 10 years experience. She is a graduate of Texas A&M, with a BS in Meteorology. She holds the AMS Seal of Approval for her profession.
Christy hails from Texas, but comes from Atlanta, GA. She worked at WAGA in Atlanta most recently, but also has experience in Dallas, Washington, and New Orleans.
Christy's begins her new role today. Her first on-air broadcast will be Monday, October 6th at 5:30 PM."</b>
