I took them outside of my window. I wasnt on the roof though. All schools are cancelled as well as many other activities. We will be shut down till about mid week. Then we will expect some flooding. I will post more pics in the morning!

Luke,
You finally got the snow you've been waiting for! Is that the Thompsons house next to yours? I'm the one whose grandfather was from your town. Enjoy your snow all we get is rain, rain and more rain!

Yes it is. This storm has been long overdue too! I will post more pictures tomorrow. We have 14 to 16" so far. I'm expecting 20".

I can't wait to see them! Enjoy the day off, some of have to go to work cuz we'll be in the mid 50's tommorow. If you ever could, could you get a picture of our cottage in the winter time with some snow around it?

I believe it's right next to Mary Dowdle's house. Mary & George Schultz live on New Rumley Rd. and there is a little street (no name) right behind their house. Just follow it, it turns to the right, goes over a coulee (our word for creek!) and right up to the green house. My father and grandfather built it as a summer house possibly as far back as the early 1940's.
