Warmest day of the year so far

Today was the warmest day of the year so far. +52F, beating the pervious warmest day of +50F. 
I know part of Texas have already hit 100
, but +52 sure feels nice!
The night was very warm as well at +22. Felt really nice when I rode the bike this morning.
A big change from the 0 we had Sunday morning.
