It stayed in the same area for quite a long time and even went back to the buildings to do some damage after passing it by. You could see the top of the funnel and how fast it was spinning up there. I'm glad there is a lot of footage of the first offical Canadian F5 twister.
As for the YouTube comments, I believe the people driving on the roads knew what was going on but why would you stop? Your a sitting duck for a F5.
