Yeah images will really start flooding in, especially from Newnan and Peachtree city.

Not sure where they got the EF4 from... There's nothing that NWS has put out about it yet...Although I wouldn't be surprised if it does end up with that rating

Well my parents and their house is ok, thank God, but their neighborhood was damaged from the north Shelby County tornado that went through Eagle Point. Other than the fatalities in Ohatchee & Newnan (which is very unfortunate) I haven't seen any other deaths which is crazy considering some of the damage coming out of Brent/Centerville/Greensboro and other areas.

This might hint a EF4 right off the bat . . .

A large, intense tornado began near Sawyerville, tracking northeast and producing major damage, including near Brent, Centreville, and Calera.

NOTE: All cities mentioned are in Alabama

Not surprised honestly. That damage is pretty insane. Praying for them. They're going to be recovering from this for a long time...

Apparently this is the first EF4 in GA since 2011, so it's rare to get something like this over there. Also this happened in a slight risk, so it's yet another example of why to take every risk level seriously.

As being a Oklahoman, I DON'T take any chances with severe weather because ANYTHING can happen!

Even Marginal risks, I don't try to take any chances because it could act like a Enchanced or Higher . . .

Enhanced severe weather threat for today including 10% hatched tornado risk. The slight risk area is pretty large overall but the risk for tornadoes stretches from my area in NETX up into Tennessee. Should see supercells developing by 2-4 pm.

That thing has had strong signatures since SW of Rusk, TX. Long tracking supercell.
