* AT 1:45 AM TUESDAY THE STAGE WAS 8.9 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY EARLY THIS MORNING AND
CONTINUE TO RISE TO NEAR 9.1 FEET BY THIS MORNING. THE RIVER WILL
FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY THIS AFTERNOON.
* AT 9.0 FEET...WATER OVERFLOWS THE WEST BANK OF THE RIVER WHICH IS
