A 25% decrease between 3:00 AM EDT and 3:30 AM.
There was a line of thunderstorms located from Eastern Nebraska to southwest Texas during the overnight hours;
as well as an area across south-central Minnesota.
Another area of activity was occurring off the southeast coast.
