This first week of February brought us some cold core rains and even some hail in the valley of the sun on Monday. I had .22" to help us stretch toward the 4" rainfall mark for this early year. Snow fell to about 3,500' so it is clearly visible this morning in the mountains north and northeast of Phoenix. La Nina has been good to us this year.
