Fort Liard, NWT yesterday was 14.5C (58F) - which was warmer than in parts of central Florida! Time for a tropical vacation to Alaska or the western Arctic of Canada? Curious what it was in eastern Siberia if they are setting warm records as well.

So why wasn't Fort Liard, NWT included in the records list? Its one of the most impressive records I've ever heard from that part of Canada!! I wonder how far back records go in that location.

hi cycle, I try to include as many of the records as possible. I know that i don't get them all in there, but I try to get as many as I can and include them in the list. If there are any omissions, please forgive me. Especially when it comes to the Canadian data, even though I live in Canada, sometimes it's like pulling teeth trying to figure out the records since many times, official statements are not issued. And then some of the station's data don't go back very long.
