Update from Southeast Texas

#1 Postby southerngale » Sat Feb 08, 2003 1:47 pm

At various times overnight and in the early morning hours, sleet and/or snow was west of me, north of me and even east of me, but I got ZILCH!!!

I don't understand. I wishcasted really hard too, but it didn't work. :o
I'm afraid this was my last chance this year and probably my best chance for years.
<<sniff sniff>>

Aw, that's ok. I'm sure we'll have another missed opportunity in a few years or so.

You're right Amanzi...when there's absolutely no chance left that I could get snow, might as well bring on HURRICANE SEASON!

And last year DSL and Roadrunner (cable modem) weren't available yet in my area. At the first of the year, Roadrunner was finally availabe and I got it immediately. It is going to be so much fun watching satellite loops and radars this year. With dial-up, it seemed like it took forever for everything to load. Now I fly through everything online. Woo-Hoo!!
