Got lucky tonight

#1 Postby tomboudreau » Wed May 07, 2003 6:01 pm

The severe threat has ended for the most part for the little corner of the earth that I live in. We had a few thunderstorms move through around 3ish, but luckily all they brought was some heavy rains (.6 inches in about 15 minutes), some lightning, and a little bit of thunder. Shortly before 4PM, they dropped the severe thunderstorm watch box for my area. Now its just a little foggy, a little humid, and drizzly. I read that we could still get some addition activity late tonight...but I guess its not suppose to be bad. Hopefully, everyone else makes it through the day safe as well.
