Warmest day of the early season so far today

#1 Postby Josephine96 » Sat May 22, 2004 5:08 pm

Here in the Kissimmee area we had 92 degrees today.

If you're curious.. I got the information from my Weatherbug which has a weather station at Pleasant Hill Elementary School which is just outside Poinciana {only about 2 1/2 miles away}

This is also our 3rd 90 degree day in a row.. The streak will probably hit about 100 before it stops lol

Hey John,

Yesterday RDU Int'l. had a record-tying high of 93 since 1944...and today 92 since 1953!

I'm not one for having 90's this early in the season though! lol :wink:

LOL.. I am a big fan of the 90's.. I just hate when we hit 100.. We do hit 100 on average probably at least 3-4 times a summer..

The summer of 1998 our AVERAGE temperature in June and July was 101 degrees.. {that was the year we had all those fires}
