NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TWIN CITIES/CHANHASSEN MN
417 PM CDT SUN APR 18 2004

...A TORNADO WARNING CONTINUES FOR KANABEC COUNTY UNTIL 445 PM CDT...

IN ADDITION TO THE POTENTIALLY TORNADIC STORM IN SOUTHEASTERN
KANABEC COUNTY...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ALSO
INDICATED POTENTIALLY TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM OVER WEST CENTRAL
KANABEC COUNTY...ABOUT 8 MILES WEST OF MORA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20
MPH.

ALL RESIDENTS OF KANABEC COUNTY SHOULD SEEK SHELTER NOW!

A supercell in Kanabec County may have also produced a tornado touchdown. These are destructive storms in progress. Take shelter on the lowest floor of your home, preferably a basement!!

Two supercells in Pine County. Both are doppler indicated tornadic supercells. Golfball sized hail is likely in this region.
