.SYNOPSIS...STRONG HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL BRING CLEAR SKIES AND
RECORD WARM AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES TO NORTHERN ARIZONA AGAIN TODAY.

INTO THE WEEKEND.

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES TO BRING WARM TEMPS ALOFT AND
NEAR RECORD SFC TEMPS EACH AFTERNOON. MOST ZONES SHOULD ONCE AGAIN
APPROACH RECORD LEVELS TODAY. THE RIDGE BEGINS TO WEAKEN ON TUESDAY
AND WRN ZONES SHOULD FALL A FEW DEGREES BELOW RECORD LEVELS...WHILE
ERN ZONES MAINTAIN NEAR RECORD LEVELS. BY WEDNESDAY...ALL LOCATIONS
WILL FALL A FEW MORE DEGREES AND THE RECORDS SHOULD END. WITH THE
WEAKENING OF THE RIDGE...A EPAC S/W TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SRN
GREAT BASIN BRINGING AN INCREASE IN CLOUDS.

No heat here in Central Bama, high today of only 67.6°! This is very un-charactoristic of late September in Alabama. Still looks chilly for a while too!
