HPC changes to WPC

This thread is to notify the members that what we have known for many years as HPC (Hydrometeorological Prediction Center) will now be known as WPC (Weather Prediction Center) starting on March 5.

Good idea as they deal with much more than precipitation products.

They aren't the only part that does weather prediction. How about the SPC, NHC, NWS?
