Southern Region Headquarters NOAA Site down...again

I can't believe how much time that the SRH Site spends down! Seems like it's been down more than up for about the past few months! Seems like it's down daily for about an hour redirecting you to the weather.gov site.. sheesh.. Our tax money at work, and don't even keep a good uptime.

Yeah, it does seem to be down a lot.

It's lucky it wasn't down this time yesterday.
