FL West Coast Hurricane Strikes

Check out this graphic of landfalling FL canes during the 1870s. For you guys on the west coast, let's hope we don't see a similar pattern anytime soon.

Thank you Donna. Interesting map!

Florida is a "sitting duck" for tropical cyclone landfalls. This may be the year those of us in central Florida may be affected by at least very strong Tropical Storm and/or Category 1 Hurricane.

Interesting landfall locations. It seems that there are 'Buffer Zones' in Florida!
