NWS WFO Topeka?

#1 Postby wxmann_91 » Fri Aug 19, 2005 6:09 pm

The last radar image was at 22:01Z, and there were a few thunderstorms near the WFO. Now the radar is broken and the warnings that NWS Topeka should've issued are now being issued by NWS Pleasant Hill. Did lightning strike the WFO or what? (It happened earlier this year when NWS Des Moines was struck.)

Not sure what happened. The last update was at 5:01 PM. I am monitoring things via the KC and Wichita radars. I am in the metro KC area.
