Ice Age cometh later in January?

#1 Postby Portastorm » Wed Jan 11, 2006 11:02 am

Time for a new thread. Does the pattern change later this month or not?

The ensembles suggest it will change to a colder pattern with a more persistent trough in the west.

And here's a shocker ... JB thinks so as well!

Will we get to debate every model run later this month on a potential winter weather event OR will it be time to put another shrimp on the bar-bee?

Yeah I agree, it will get cold. I dont think it'll be anything record breaking in the plains and eastward, but i can see a few big arctic blasts in late february/early february.
