All wright, I am very confused. Channel 7 New York says the storm starts Monday night and goes until Wednesday morning. Channel 11 says that it goes from late Tuesday and all day Wednesday and the NWS agrees with that. The one thing that everyone agrees upon is that the snow WILL be significant.
An expert, tell me when this thing starts, please
