Groundhog Day Prediction

#1 Postby tomboudreau » Sat Jan 24, 2004 9:16 am

With just about a week to go til Groundhog Day...I'm going to make a bold prediction here. No matter what, the groundhog will see it shadow. I don't care if we have a raging snow storm...Phil will see his shadow for 6 more weeks of winter. And you can take this to the bank! Oh...and on another side not, I was looking at the Punxsy paper this past week, think it was Wed or Thurs, and this years guess speaker at the Groundhog banquet is going to be Joe Bastardi. He will be speaking on the 31st at the high school. Tickets cost 25.00 dollars and usually sell out fast. Thats all I have to say for now.

Is this legendary ground hog day really necessary? Do the stats actually pan out?
