Thursday snowstorm for sne area 1-3 inches from ct border to mass pike areas . 4-6 inches inland ct and Northern Rhode Island and se mass area.
snow late wed night into Thurs highs in the teens and dropping all day Thurs . lows at night near 12 below for inland sne areas.
Jb will be right on the weekend storm up the coast
