Next Snow for SE/Mid Atlantic

#1 Postby verycoolnin » Fri Jan 09, 2004 7:16 pm

It looks like our next chance of snow will come Wednesday night into Thursday. This should bring more precip than this last system. But it won't bring that much more because it's another clipper system.

There appears to be a few opportunities for some winter weather over the next 14 days for many.

Greg, let's not concentrate on the overall SFC details at this time, but the overall pattern the model guidance are depicting in the MR/LR ... IMHO, snowfall predictions should NEVER be given until about 48 hours from the event, and you'll notice that many will give first, second, and final call maps.
