Winter on hold for Lawrence
NWS out of Topeka sees very little winter weather for our area thru New Years-in fact, they have bumped the temps. up about 4-5 degrees for Monday and Tuesday!! Looks like I need to keep my boat ready to go!! Long range models keep showing colder air, but it always gets pushed back-maybe they are having trouble and we will be surprised. Oh well-it will get cold here again before April-I just hope it does it now instead of waiting til April when we have rain and highs in the low 40's the whole month. That is what happens when we have mild Jan. and Feb. the cold air starts coming in late March and April and makes for a cool spring. Have a great day-I hope I didn't bore you too much-I'm off to find the fish(with the wind today, the'tt prob. just blow up on the bank lol!!)
