...Winter Storm Watch in effect Sunday and Sunday night...

A large scale snowfall will begin across the southern tier Sunday
morning and spread north across all of western and northern New York
by afternoon. Steady snow will continue Sunday afternoon and Sunday
night. At present total snowfall from this storm could exceed a foot
across the entire region with heaviest amounts from the Genesee
Valley eastward. Slight changes in the track of the storm will result
in significant differences in snowfall.
