Yeah, coming down pretty good clip. I have to leave for school in about 45 mins, should be a fun ride. Hopefully the rain/snow line will stay south of Philly, Mount Holly seems to be hedging as they just about an hour ago upgraded to WSW for all areas. Saying snow will change to rain in the afternoon, we'll see.

In Central Atlantic County:
Temp 32.9
At 8:30 we still have snow falling with an occasional change to sleet. Total here is now 4.1" and it appears thats gonna be it for this storm (#1). Its very interesting to point out how sharp the "line" is for this storm. Right now at the Atlantic City Airport (5-7 Miles away) heavy rain is falling and temps are in the upper 30s to near 40.
Ill post a link to some pictures of the snowfall later today. This is much more than I was expecting.
Edit: perhaps that wasnt it... snow has been coming down at a good clip now for the past 10 mins.

Heavy snow here in NW Burlington Co.( Edgewater Park), temp currently 31.9. Hoping for no changeover, but that may be asking too much.

Well the temps are dropping here to about 35 now. Winds have changed from E to ENE. Would like to see it NE. My wife is not home right now but this could be one of those cases where it is pooring rain at the office and snowing at my house a mile away?
I thought the R/S line was to move further north not south? Perhaps with the heavy precip we are experiencing some cooling. Radar does look impressive for central NJ. Not bad for part 1.

I agree. The r/s line seems to have retreated a bit. It was raining this morning on my way to school. About three minutes after geting on Rt. 18 North it changed to snow. By the time I got to North Brunswick it was all snow. I thought for sure we would get screwed. Sure enough, it was snowing hard when I got home. Right now coaing of snow on grass and streets. 31º.

Snowplow
I left this morning from LBI (Manahawkin) and it was pouring, got to work in Mt Laurel and it's been snowing like crazy. 3" on the ground and light snow. My fears of the Ocean have been correct and I hope this second storm will be able to pull that line south. At this current time I'm thinking it might be one of those too little too late (maybe not the further north you go) and may have an inch (at home of course) after this is all said and done!! I hate the Ocean in winter!!
