Too tough for me to call.......................

#1 Postby LehighValleyForcaster » Sun Nov 30, 2003 6:46 am

I am not going to attempt to call anything anymore what winter will hold for the Northeast this year.

I will leave that up to the professionals and those of you on this board that knows allot more then me.

I enjoy reading everyones posts.

I will sit back and watch only. I will keep my thoughts to myself.

I do have a couple of sites where others predict what may occur this winter for the states. Thought it may be of some interest to some of you.

No need to quit. Did you see my results in the forecasting contest? I enjoy reading your thoughts even if I disagree with some of them.

Absolutely right, there is no reason to quit posting. Corresponding with us in the weather forums and taking part in the Off Topic forum are two different things.

Lehigh, I hope to see you around the site as well. :)

exactly...and LV...theres no shame in busing a forecast once in a while as long as you stuck to your guns about it...and provided accurate reasoning as to why you arrived at your solution.

Weather forecasting isn't easy... so there should be understanding to when things don't fall into place like they should. That is after all why forecasts are updated every 8 to 12 hours, unless warranted.

Besides, you at least sounded like you knew what you were talking about. That is better than me. I haven't a clue. I'm here to learn. :D

LVF - your thoughts on the weather are greatly appreciated. Not everyone is always going to agree with everything. So please continue to post about the upcoming weather.
