They haven't gotten it yet Colin.. but it appears likely, at least in the northern sections.

Oklahoma getting accumulating snow before eastern PA is not that unusual. A lot of times the first real arctic air of the season drops down into the central plains before working east. Thus, places as far south as northern TX could get snow before we do.
