Joe D'Aleo of Intellicast issues his winter outlook

Looks to be pretty cold in the east from his outlook, but I don't like the below normal precip! Luckily, this is only for the early part of the season. It may pick up from Feb-Mar after the El Nino kicks in. Anyway, here it is:

You may wanna try linking that again because when i click it it does nothing and when i went to the site myself the article wasnt there?????? Either way im intrested in seeing this winter outlook.......

I am not sure if I agree about the precip, but the forecast overall does not look bad. Here is the link I used, although you will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine to view this:

Sorry about that guys! I should of mentioned that you need Adobe Acrobat to view it. Anyway, JCT777 provided the correct link.

Hmmmm...a bunch of hints and insinuations that this will be a cold winter for much of the east...but then, he never comes right out and says...."It is going to be below normal this winter". Sounds like an easy way out if he is wrong!
