That's a good question! I'm not able to find a period at least going back to 2000. Maybe Jan/Feb 1978 did but it's tougher to dig for data that far back in detail.

OK, now that you've had your winter fun up there can I have some warm air back over Houston? A high in the low 40s is nearly 20 degrees below normal.
