31, well above average. It's the warm before the storm as a big snowstorm is supposed to hit tonight!

73 last night. I don't know how you all do it. I see all these 30's and 40's. My heat goes on once we hit below 70 for more than 3 day's straight which should be by second week in nov. 60 and under as highs is winter to me :) Keep warm guys and girls!

We wonder that every time a hurricane hits Florida. Here, it can be in the 20's in August, or below -40 in winter, but there are never any hurricanes.

The average high temperature here in January is about 35. And the average low about 18. As long as there's no wind, I can manage 30 degrees in a t-shirt and shorts.

And the low this morning was 41...which is again right on average. Hopefully these average lows will change soon (they're supposed to).

21 here this morning with light snow. If it was clear last night, it would have been much cooler. Mild (but wet) Fall so far. Unusally we should have at least some nights in the mid-teens or lower by now.

I know! It will be 50 degrees on the beach, which is freezing with the wind kicking, and there is ALWAYS a few northerners out there swimming around. Brrrrrr.

Okay, I'm exaggerating a little bit. I'm okay in a t-shirt at 30, but not shorts (the limit for shorts is a little higher). Generally, though, I don't wear shorts anyway. And yes, I would be one of those northerners (if I actually went to the beaches of Florida).

And this morning we got down to 32 degrees! Our first freeze of the year! It's only 3 days later than average. Even though it's later than average, it was still our earliest freeze since 2002 (when it froze on October 13). It was actually a bit cold this morning and I probably should've taken a jacket. There was a huge blanket of frost out there, though. Judging by the nearby personal weather stations, it probably dropped down to about 30 degrees here, which sounds about right.

Got down to 33 at the airport yesterday morning. It's gotten down to 34 so far here (as of 5am), and we're on track to fall to near 31 now with perfectly clear skies and nearly no wind.

The airport dropped to 34 degrees and for whatever reason it went back up to 35, but I just recovered my crappy, rudimentary thermometer from outside (6:05am now) and it was right at 32. It felt nice out there. 8-)
